Scheduled Maintenance Notification – March 28 & 29, 2026

As part of our commitment to providing the best trading experience to our customers, we want to inform you of upgrades to our servers throughout March.

Maintenance 1 : Windows OS Patching

Start: Saturday, 28 March 2026, 12:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)
End:  Saturday, 28 March 2026, 17:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: BDC (Production MTs – LD, NY, TY, HK)

Please note:  This maintenance will be driven by Windows OS patching. The impact to a given machine is a 15–30 minute outage as Windows OS updates are applied and the system is rebooted. Client-facing services (Meta and Hub) will be automatically restored after the patching is completed.

Maintenance 2 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Sunday, 29 March 2026, 02:10 GMT +3 (Server Time)
End:  Sunday, 29 March 2026, 05:30 GMT +3 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: ALL MT5 Servers

Please note: During the maintenance window, servers will be restarted multiple times. Temporary service interruptions will occur while these restarts are in progress.

Maintenance 3 : Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Saturday, 28 March 2026, 00:00 GMT +2 (Server Time)
End:  Sunday, 29 March 2026, 23:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: All MT4 Servers, MT5-Demo

Please note: During the maintenance window, servers will be restarted multiple times. Temporary service interruptions will occur while these restarts are in progress.

Maintenance 4 :Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Sunday, 29 March 2026, 03:10 GMT +3 (Server Time)
End:  Sunday, 29 March 2026, 04:30 GMT +3 (Server Time)

Affected Servers: All MT Live Servers – NY

Please note: During the maintenance window, firewalls will fail over from primary to secondary. Clients may experience a brief service interruption lasting a few seconds, along with possible intermittent connectivity.
