End: Saturday, 11 January 2025, 19:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)
Servers Affected:
- All cTrader Servers. During maintenance, cTrader backend and associated services may be unavailable for a short period of time.
2. Windows OS Patching
Start: Saturday, 18 January 2025, 03:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)
End: Saturday, 18 January 2025, 19:00 GMT +3 (Server Time)
Servers Affected:
- All MT Demo Servers. Servers will be restarted to install latest Windows OS patches. There will be 15-30 minutes outage.
3. Scheduled Maintenance
As part of our commitment to enhancing your trading experience, we are conducting scheduled maintenance and server upgrades in January.
These updates will improve platform performance and ensure a seamless trading environment.

What You Need to Know:
- The Client Area will be operational, but certain functions—such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and account updates—will not be available during this period.
- Trading Accounts will be temporarily inaccessible.
Please be informed that due to scheduled maintenance, your account will be inaccessible over the weekend.
To ensure smooth management of your positions and risk, particularly for cryptocurrencies, kindly take the necessary measures or adjust your positions before 18/01/2025.
